Riot Games Unveils TFT Set 14, Cyber City! Introducing New Sets, Systems, and Traits

Riot Games' popular auto-battler game, Teamfight Tactics (TFT), will be introducing its 14th new set, Cyber City, on April 2nd. This set is set in a futuristic city with a cyberpunk theme, and introduces a battle for supremacy between various organizations and innovative systems to provide players with a new strategic experience.

Key Features

Cyberpunk-themed worldview: Cyber City is set in a cyberpunk world where advanced technology and a dark urban atmosphere come together. This unique atmosphere is reflected in the skins of the in-game champions and the city design, providing players with a sense of immersion.

New traits and champions

This set introduces new traits such as Street Devil, Animal Force, Criminal Organization, Golden Ox, and Cypher. For example, the 'Street Devil' trait creates a graffiti wall that grants champions health, ability power, and attack damage, and champions with the trait can use it to buff them. In addition, new Tier 5 units such as Renekton, Garen, Zac, and Kobuko have been added, allowing for a variety of strategies.

Introduction of the Hacking System

'Hacking' appears up to three times during a game and changes the augmentation round and loot system. Hacked augmentation slots provide a different augmentation list than before, and you can choose options that are tailored to a specific theme. In addition, the hacked loot system has added 'Healing Items' that restore strategist health and 'Unstable Combination Items' that change randomly each round, expanding the strategic options for players.

Official introduction of Double Up Mode

Double Up Mode, which was experimental, has been established as an official mode. Up to 4 teams (8 people) can now wait in one lobby, and features such as the Teamwork Cannon, in-game UI improvements, and Gift Arsenal have been added to further enhance the fun of cooperative play.
In addition, a new tier of esports competitions will be introduced to further enhance the fun of competition.

The 'Cyber City' set is expected to provide TFT players with a fresh and diverse strategic experience with a cyberpunk-themed worldview and new systems. Look forward to fierce battles on the new battlefield on April 2nd.
